Certified In Field Sobriety
To better serve clients in criminal defense cases, Grant Frankfurt has completed his police academy training. Attorney Grant Frankfurt also obtained his certification to administer the standardized field sobriety tests used by law enforcement in DWI cases. This gives Grant Frankfurt the invaluable perspective when it comes to understanding how police officers are expected to conduct a drunk driving stop. Using this knowledge, Grant Frankfurt can determine whether the law enforcement officer may have improperly administered a field sobriety test or made other mistakes.
