Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Attorney Grant Frankfurt has been practicing law for over a decade in Texas. Primarily focusing family law and criminal defense, Attorney Grant Frankfurt is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. 

Attorney Grant Frankfurt graduated from St. Mark’s School of Texas in 2005. He then attended the University of Oklahoma to obtain his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with Distinction while also minoring in Political Science & History.

While at Oklahoma University, Grant Frankfurt served as an elected student Congress representative and interned for a United States Congressman in Washington D.C. He also interned with financial crimes special agents at the United States Secret Service where he closely worked on federal criminal investigations. 

To better serve his clients in Criminal Defense, Grant Frankfurt also completed the police academy at Eastfield College and is certified in administering the standardized field sobriety tests that police officers use in DWI investigations.

To pursue law, Grant Frankfurt attended Emory University Law School in Atlanta. He later finished his Law Degree at the University of Oklahoma, College of Law. During his time at the University of Oklahoma, he made the Dean’s List each semester. While managing excellence at the University of Oklahoma, Grant Frankfurt also worked for one of the most prominent criminal defense firms in Dallas, assisting attorneys on DWIs, criminal appeals and federal criminal cases.

After graduating, Grant Frankfurt worked for a renowned law firm concentrating on family law and civil litigation. In his first year of practice, Grant Frankfurt participated in three jury trials. To branch out, Grant Frankfurt then worked for a real estate development company to gain experience in real estate transaction law. 

But his passion for trial law led Attorney Grant Frankfurt to practice with a law firm in Downtown Dallas, concentrating on family law and commercial litigation. 

However, with invaluable experience, credentials and knowledge, Attorney Grant Frankfurt left to begin his own practice in 2015 focusing on two areas: family and criminal defense. 

Today, Attorney Grant Frankfurt owns Frankfurt Law, a law office focused on family law including divorces, child custody, negotiations, property division along with criminal defense, including DWI charges, murder charges and internet crimes. 

Attorney Grant Frankfurt is licensed to practice in Texas courts and Federal Courts in the Northern & Eastern Districts of Texas. On a personal note, Grant Frankfurt is married to Dr. Heather Frankfurt who is a veterinarian in Dallas and enjoys following college sports, fishing, hunting and tennis.
